I fell in love with fitness while earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, and haven’t looked back since. I work out because I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment after a die hard sweat session. Through this program I want to share my love with you. With a background in personal training and group fitness instruction, I want to help coach you in reaching your personal health goals. I will work with you to tailor a program that meets your needs and provides the results you are looking for.
My philosophy is- fitness is about being your best self. Your health should be one of your most prized possessions.
I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and have group fitness certifications in TurboKick, BODYPUMP, BODYJAM, SilverSneakers, and Spinning. I am continaully looking for ways to add to my fitness knowledge.
