I haven't posted a weekly challenge for a few weeks. This week I am going to keep it simple yet challenging...
Within the next 7 days (the day you read this is day #1) your challenge is to do 500 push-ups. You can split them up however you like with the only rule being you need to do at least 10 in a row to make them count.
I wouldn't procrastinate this challenge!
