Time to take it Outside!

The weather here has been absolutely spectacular! It is definitely time to start taking some of those workouts outside...running, walking, biking. Spring is really on the way. And isn't it such a relief?!

Here is a great strength routine you can do at any local park. It would be the great way to finish off a long run.

Advanced Leg Workout-
